About us

My name is Iris Roeper and my man Matthias and I lives with the dogs in the north of Hessen, Germany.
I had my first encounter with an Aussie in 1998,when horseback riding with my friend Michaela. Naturally, her Aussies were always with us. At this time I had already trained different breeds of dogs, but had not come across the Australian Shepherd yet. Their eagerness to work and the easy way to train them were simply fascinating! Hence my wish grew to possess and to train an Aussie.

In the summer 2001 I was able to buy the male dog "Poco Duke Rosebud of Crana". He was eight weeks old. Certainly, I was infected with the Aussie-fever and a year later I bought my little female dog "Rosebud of Crana Sugar Babe". In February 2005 both were joined by "Choubakker", a herding talent.

I am very proude to have three such pretty and talented dogs as companions and I really enjoy working with them. Whether it is Obedience, escorting the horses and me or herding our goats - they always put their heart and soul into it!
